Sessions take place in a private one-on-one training space in the Upper East Side: 77th St, between 2nd & 3rd Ave.
We aim to make training as convenient and personalized as possible. Please contact us directly if you are interested in booking a session that takes place in the comfort of your own home or virtually.

We operate as an out-of-network provider, meaning payment is collected at the time of service. After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Coverage varies by plan. We know insurance policies can be confusing. We would be happy to help you understand your out-of-network benefits so there are no surprises.

All sessions are one-on-one and typically 60 minutes.
This allows for thorough assessment, individualized treatment, and performance-based progression without overlap or rushed care.

Unlike high-volume clinics, all sessions are delivered one-on-one by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

In New York, you may begin physical therapy without a physician referral. If your insurance requires documentation for reimbursement, we will guide you accordingly.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
