Physical therapy should feel focused and purposeful. It should give you a clear understanding of what is happening, what needs to improve, and how to move forward.
At Bridge Physical Therapy, treatment begins with a detailed evaluation and continues with structured, one on one sessions. Hands on work is paired with strength and movement training so progress is measurable and intentional.
the bridge method
how we work
Thoughtful Assessment: Taking the time to understand the root cause of symptoms.
Progressive, Individualized Care: Tailored treatment based on specific needs and goals.
Education and Shared Decision-Making: Empowering clients with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their health.
Long-Term Physical Development: Not just treating symptoms, but helping clients build the capacity for lifelong physical health.
more than just rehab
Bridge Physical Therapy was built to provide a different kind of care. Too often, physical therapy ends once pain decreases, leaving people unsure how to safely return to training or higher levels of activity.
Bridge exists to close that gap. Care is designed to guide you from recovery through continued strength and performance, so progress does not stop when symptoms improve.
If you value thoughtful, individualized care — you're in the right place.
Beyond Symptom relief
A proactive approach that moves beyond short-term pain relief and focuses on restoring performance, durability, and long-term health.
sustainable Goals
We focus on lasting results and steady progress, not temporary improvements.
I’m Glenn,
and this practice reflects the way I believe physical therapy should be delivered.
I’m the founder of Bridge Physical Therapy & Performance. I am a licensed physical therapist dedicated to helping individuals return to their sports, workouts, and daily life activities they love. My approach prioritizes taking the time to truly listen, not just to your symptoms, but to your goals, concerns, and what matters most to you. Together, we build a treatment plan that is effective, realistic, and grounded in a strong therapeutic partnership.
My background in movement and performance began at Sacred Heart University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, followed by my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. With a deep interest in strength and movement, I focus on identifying each person’s unique challenges and guiding them toward becoming stronger and more resilient over time.
I work with a wide range of individuals, from athletes and fitness enthusiasts to those recovering from surgery or navigating persistent pain. Whether you are returning to sport, rebuilding after a procedure, or looking for a proactive approach to chronic discomfort, care is tailored to your stage and goals.
I strive to help my clients move with confidence, build resilience in their activities, and achieve lasting results through thoughtful, evidence-based care.
If this approach resonates with you, I would be happy to connect and see if we are a good fit.
